Introduction to Workflows


DoneDone Workflows
 are a series of statuses, which a task or conversation will move through as it progresses. They can be as simple or complex as your team requires. It’s up to you!

You can use the built-in Customer Help Desk Workflow to manage your customer support in Mailboxes. Or use the built-in Bug Tracking Workflow in Projects to help log and resolve bugs. Better yet, you can build your own Workflow, custom tailored to how your team works.
