Managing Email Notifications

Everyone has a different preference about how frequently they'd like to receive email notifications. Some people want an email about everything that happens in DoneDone while others don't want anything to make it into their inbox. There's no right answer.

That's why DoneDone makes it easy to control how often email notifications are sent to your inbox. Here's how.

You can control the frequency of email notifications on each project and mailbox you've been added to. This gives you the option to receive notifications more frequently on time sensitive things like customer support while you can choose to receive notifications only for your own assignments on more routine projects.

To update your email notification preferences, first navigate to the project or mailbox you'd like to update and then click the email icon with a bell in the upper right.

Next, you'll be presented with four options for email notifications. Choose the one that works best for you. This preference only applies to the project or mailbox you're currently working in.
