Guest Users are often a company's customer, internal team member, or contractor who are invited to collaborate on specific projects and tasks on the company's account.

This page has been built to orient you on what a Guest User is and how you can collaborate with whoever you invite.

If you're worried that you may confuse your Guest Users, read this. Whenever you invite a Guest User, they will recieve an invite email. This email will contain a brief explaination of what DoneDone is, a button to accept the invite (and create their account), and a link to our Guest Onboarding Hub that helps them get oriented to their Guest User permissions.

Feel free to send them another link to the Guest Onboarding Hub yourself if you want to make sure they aren't confused by the invitation. We created the Guest Onboarding Hub to ensure smooth collaboration between you and your Guest Users is simple and uninterrupted.
