Updating your Credit Card

Note: Parts of this feature are only accessible to Account Admins and Owners only.

Need to update your credit card? Here's how:

  • Sign in to DoneDone.
  • Click the dropdown arrow on the upper-right, then click on Account & Billing from the menu.
  • Click Billing Information, then click the Update credit card button on the main section of the page.

Enter your credit card information, including your CVV and expiration date, in the provided fields. Then hit Update credit card.

If there are any outstanding invoices, they will be immediately processed. If your account is suspended, it will be immediately reactivated when the outstanding invoices are processed.
