Switching between Annual and Monthly Billing

Your billing term determines the frequency at which you are billed for service. Annual billing is the most affordable option.

Any Account Owner is able to switch between monthly and annual terms.

1. Log into your account and select Profile from your profile dropdown menu.

2. Navigate to the "Billing Information" section.

3. Click the "Change billing plan or period or cancel your subscription" link as shown below:

4. On this page, you will notice you can configure all account billing, upgrade, downgrade, term changes, and cancellations. Toggle these settings as you would like to switch your billing configuration! Don't forget to click to blue button under section which you changed settings in, so that your changes will be saved.


Note that the change will go into effect at the end of your current term on your next upcoming renewal date.
