Use Saved Replies in New Conversations

As we all prepare to break for the holidays, we wanted to share a few more improvements with you.

Saved Replies in New Convos

You've been asking for the ability to use saved replies in new conversations, and now you can! Simply choose a saved reply when starting a new conversation. If you utilize a customer variable for a person who isn't yet in DoneDone, you'll be prompted to add their information. Fill it out and and it's ready to send.

Reference Numbers in Signatures

We're also including another nice improvement with this release - the ability to use reference numbers in your email signature. Now your team can sign-off all conversations with a reference number to keep customers in the loop.
