While we love posting about big updates, this week we've pushed up a few very small ones that we'd like you to know about.
I tasked Jeremy to spend an afternoon rebuilding our once-drab error pages. Errors (like 404s or 500s) are a bad experience to begin with, but the least we can do is lighten things up and have a little fun with them.
Jeremy came up with a "left-field" version of our error pages and a more modest approach. I took a look at the left-field version first and loved it. In fact, I still haven't even seen the modest approach.

One of our revised 404 Page not Found pages
While we hope you never have to encounter these pages, we think it provides you with a slightly better experience while we work out the issue.
We've also made writing in DoneDone more enjoyable. The text area will now grow as you type so you don't have to manually pull the box down yourself to see what words you typed earlier. It's a small improvement we think will have a big impact.
Text areas for comments and issue descriptions expand
Within issue detail pages, we've moved the Previous and Next issue buttons out of the top header and into the right sidebar. Now, the in-page "Back to dashboard" button on the far left better aligns with the issue links on the right. As a nice by-product, the issue title now aligns horizontally with the "Who's working on this?" headline. Overall, we think this is a nicer visual experience.
